Testimonials

For more than 15 years, I have worked with Lisa Louden and LittleBlackDogPublications on a number of projects. During the years, I’ve seen her tireless commitment, dedication and passion to each and every project she’s worked on. She’s respectful, thorough and applies grace, good humour and intelligence to everything she undertakes, even in the most challenging of situations. Her ideas are creative, but it’s her drive to see them flourish, her attention to detail, and her willingness to go that extra mile that ensures a professional and quality product every time.

Jaqui Lane

Storyteller & Publisher, Global Stories

I have known Lisa Louden for more than 15 years across three business publishing companies I have founded or have consulted with. I commissioned Lisa to complete two corporate books for me, in 2007 for Focus Publishing and in 2016 for Armstrong Q. In both instances, Lisa was committed, dedicated and passionate about the projects. Through her genuine interest in people and their stories, she earned trust and respect and the outcomes were above clients’ expectations. Lisa listens and responds to feedback, is generous with her time and supportive of others, and always works with integrity and good humour.

Peter Sutton

Managing Director, Sutton Tools

[In 2017] Sutton Tools celebrated our 100 year anniversary. As part of this milestone we were fortunate to have Lisa document the company’s history in a commemorative book. In what initially seemed a daunting prospect, Lisa made it a pleasurable experience. The result is an exceptional and enjoyable account which has been well received by all. I would highly recommend Lisa as an author, not only for her skilful and adaptable writing style but her enthusiasm for the project and warm personality.
